1. Safety Terms
Bouncy Castle, Disco Dome, Disco Castle, or Soft Play
Users must:
Remove glasses, footwear (except socks), and any hard, sharp, or dangerous objects.
Not consume food, drink, or chew gum.
Not obstruct entrances or exits.
Not climb or hang on walls.
Be restricted to the minimum height and weight regulations stated.
Be restricted to the appropriate age groups.
Equipment must only be used when fully inflated and in view of the supervisor.
In heavy rain or winds exceeding 23mph (Gale Force 5), the inflatable must be switched off. Dry wetness with a towel before resuming use.
If the blower stops working:
Ensure all users exit immediately.
Check the R.C.D. Breaker and reset it if needed.
Inspect the blower tube for obstructions.
If the issue persists, contact us immediately.
Hot Tub
Users must:
Remove footwear and any hard, sharp, or dangerous objects.
Be at least 5 years old to use the hot tub.
Supervise children at all times.
Enter and exit the hot tub slowly to avoid slips or falls.
Not climb or hang on the walls.
Pregnant women, senior adults, and individuals with heart disease, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, or other serious illnesses must consult a doctor before use.
Chlorine is used to sanitise the hot tub.
General Safety / Tips
Customers must follow all instructions provided with the equipment.
Bluetooth Speaker Instructions: To connect, search for "BC100S" (for inflatables) or "PARTYROCKER MAX" (for hot tubs) under Bluetooth settings.

2. Booking and Payments
2.1. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking.
2.2. Full payment for candy carts must be made at least 7 days before the booking date.
2.3. Remaining balances can be paid via BACs transfer before the booking or by card/cash on delivery.
2.4. Payments must be made in full before or upon setup. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without a refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
3.1. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the hire date may result in the customer being liable for the full balance of the booking. Customers are able to still transfer any moneys paid to a new date or hire item.

3.3 Cancellations made less than 14 days before the hire date may result in the customer being liable for 60% of the bookings balance. Customers are able to still transfer any moneys paid to a new date or hire item.

3.4 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the hire date are able to transfer any moneys paid to a new date or hire item.

Weather-Related Cancellations
3.5. Bounce Scotland may cancel bookings due to extreme weather for safety reasons (e.g., wind speeds over 24mph for Bouncy Castles). In such cases:
A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Space or Suitability Issues
3.6. Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient space for the equipment, including height clearance for indoor hires. If the setup area is unsuitable or unsafe, Bounce Scotland reserves the right to cancel.
In such cases, the full balance remains payable, and no refunds will be given.

4. Delivery and Setup
4.1. Equipment dimensions, including required safety clearance, are provided on the website. Customers must verify that their setup area meets these requirements.
4.2. Customers must provide clear and safe access to the setup area.
4.3. Bounce Scotland will not set up equipment in unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

5. Refunds and Rescheduling
5.1. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations by Bounce Scotland or adverse weather conditions (before setup).
5.2. Customers may transfer their booking or deposit to a different date or product.

6. Damage and Liability
6.1. The hirer is responsible for the equipment during the hire period and liable for any damage caused due to misuse or negligence.
6.2. A cleaning fee may apply if equipment is returned in an excessively dirty condition.
6.3. Bounce Scotland is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of the equipment.

6.4. Confetti is permitted in dry conditions but a cleaning fee may apply if conditions are wet as they stick to PVC when wet and can take many hours to get off.

7. Gift Vouchers
7.1. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
7.2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.3. Vouchers can only be used for services listed on our website and are subject to availability.
7.4. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

8. Disclaimer
All persons using Bounce Scotland equipment do so at their own risk.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
Bounce Scotland is not liable for injuries caused by misuse or reckless use of the equipment.
Normal wear and tear on equipment is acceptable; however, damages due to negligence will incur additional charges.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
