Viewing with projector is naturally better at night or in lower light conditions

Heating the hot tub can take 24 to 30 hours, depending on outside temperature. We can drop off a day or 2 before your booking at no extra cost to allow for the hot tub to heat.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking were we feel the customers safety could be at risk an example of this would be dangerous weather conditions. Health and Safety regulations advise that an inflatable castle can not be used in wind speeds exceeding 24mph, gale force 5. Luckily we do not get weather like this too often but in the unlikely event that we do and if you have paid before your booking a full refund will be issued.

Please allow up to 2 hours at each end of your drop off and pick up times to allow for set-up and pack down.

Will need access to a power socket for our extension cable and outside or inside tap. We use adapters to connect to indoor taps so if you are booking and have an indoor tap only please contact us so that we can make sure we have the correct adapters for your tap.
