How It Works
When booking only select the days you wish to use the Hot Tub. The Hot Tub can take 24-30 hours to heat up so we will arrange an early drop off with yourself to allow for one to two heat up days prior to the dates you have booked. We will contact you about a week before your booking to arrange this and of course do not charge extra for heat up days.
An example of this would be: You select Friday, Saturday and Sunday on the website. About a week before we will contact you to arrange a drop off on the Wednesday so that you have Wednesday and Thursday as heat up days then the Hot Tub is ready to use Friday morning.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking were we feel the customers safety could be at risk an example of this would be dangerous weather conditions. Health and Safety regulations advise that an inflatable castle can not be used in wind speeds exceeding 24mph, gale force 5. Luckily we do not get weather like this to often but in the unlikely event that we do and if you have paid before your booking a full refund will be issued.
Please allow up to 2 hours at each end of your drop off and pick up times to allow for set-up and pack down.
Will need access to a power socket for our extension cable and outside or inside tap. We use adapters to connect to indoor taps so if you are booking and have an indoor tap only please contact us so that we can make sure we have the correct adapters for your tap.
