Include a note with your name, postcode, or booking reference number from your confirmation email. Step 3 – Send It to Us Post your pump using any carrier of your choice to the address in your confirmation email. 💡 Tip: Dropping off at a local Post Office usually costs around £18. You’ll cover the postage to us, and we’ll pay for the return shipping once your repair is complete. --- Typical Turnaround Most pumps arrive within a couple of days, are repaired within 1–2 working days, and sent straight back to you.
