We reserve the right to cancel a booking were we feel the customers safety could be at risk an example of this would be dangerous weather conditions. Health and Safety regulations advise that an inflatable castle can not be used in wind speeds exceeding 24mph, gale force 5.

Please allow 30 minutes at each end of your drop off and pick up times to allow for set-up and pack down.

Please note although we will do our absolute best to meet the exact pick up and drop off times selected these times are an approximate.
