We recommend servicing your hot tub pump especially if its a few years old or been used quite regularly to prevent the E02, E1 or HL errors. These errors arise when the water flow is restricted. There can be many reasons that cause this such as hair wrapped round the impeller or limescale build up. The limescale build up can also lead to water quality issues due to bacteria being allowed to form with-in the hot tub pump its self.

Service includes:

Health check of the pump

Pump descaled and flushed

Impeller cleaned

Any seals ( seals are additonal cost and can range from £1 to £6/£7 depending on the seal.

Any repairs if necessary. (Parts may need to be ordered and can sometimes take up to 1 week to arrive. Parts are at additional cost on top of the service and can range from £5 to £80 depending on the part required. Most common parts that we replace tend to be the impeller and power supplies which range from £10 to £30, much cheaper than buying a new pump or hot tub)

Any parts replaced come with a 12 month warranty on the part its self.

Service are normally carried out on site and with-in 1 hour.

If no repair is required and the call out would be for more help and advice there would just be a call out fee of £30. This would only go up to £70 if a repair or service are carried out.
