Please note this soft play set is not suitable for outdoor hire if it is raining. We keep a close eye on the weather leading up to bookings and will advise the soft play is either moved indoors or put under a gazebo if it is scheduled to rain. Having the soft play out in the rain will result in damage to our product.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking were we feel the customers safety could be at risk an example of this would be dangerous weather conditions. Health and Safety regulations advise that an inflatable castle can not be used in wind speeds exceeding 24mph, gale force 5. Luckily we do not get weather like this to often but in the unlikely event that we do and if you have paid before your booking a full refund will be issued.
Please allow 30 minutes at each end of your drop off and pick up times to allow for set-up and pack down.
Please note although we will do our absolute best to meet the exact pick up and drop off times selected these times are an approximate. If you require any exact times, for instance if your party is at a venue or must meet a particular time slot, then please call us on 07500810975 or drop us an email or whats app so that we can prioritise the route in advance.
